1General Terms & Applicability

Tabet is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These terms and conditions apply to the tabet website, mobile application, and all associated services. "tabet", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating the tabet platform, while "user", "you", and "member" refer to any registered individual.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. tabet reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with tabet, you must meet the following requirements. These are strictly enforced to protect both you and other members.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts and balances will be voided.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to tabet immediately.
• Individuals from any region or country prohibited by tabet are not permitted to open an account.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Tabet supports local payment methods for Bangladeshi users. The following methods are available for deposits:

• Mobile Pay — minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Nagad — minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Rocket — minimum ৳500, maximum ৳30,000 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer — minimum ৳2,000.

Most deposits are credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. tabet does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals on tabet. We process withdrawals as quickly as possible, though verification may take additional time in some cases.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Winnings earned through a bonus require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal.
• The weekly withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳2,00,000. Different limits apply for VIP members.

If fraud is suspected, tabet reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct additional verification. This process may take up to 7–10 business days.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tabet offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the offer page. General bonus conditions include:

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must place a specified amount in bets (wagering requirement).
• You generally have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements.
• The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus may be subject to a cap.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on tabet and are enforced equally for every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the match or event kicks off.
• In-play bets are placed while a match is in progress, and odds can change rapidly.
• Tabet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though conditions may vary for specific markets.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.

Tabet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or decline a bet outright, particularly when unusual betting patterns are detected.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tabet platform. These restrictions exist to protect all members and ensure fair play.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Systematic betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Using automated bots or scripts for betting.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Tabet believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or addiction. We take every member's mental well-being and financial safety seriously.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Take a break anytime — account pauses are available from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available for anyone who feels they need it.
• Strict age verification is in place to prevent access by minors.

9Account Suspension & Termination

Either party may close an account at any time, subject to certain conditions.

• Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded.
• Tabet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
• Relevant sections of these terms remain in effect even after an account is closed.

10Privacy & Data Protection

• Account information exposed due to the member's own negligence.

In any dispute, tabet's decision is considered final — however, members have the right to appeal.

12Changes to Terms & Contact

• Members will be notified by email or via an on-platform notice before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the service after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
